The Thirteenth Annual Henry and Sylvia Wong Symposium for Nurses Academic and Service Partnership was held on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Hutchins Street Square Holt Room in Lodi, California. Organized by the Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL), this symposium brought together nurse leaders from across the state.
ACNL, as the professional organization for nurse leaders in California, advocates for the advancement of the nursing profession. Through membership, continuing education, scholarships, and philanthropy, ACNL provides lifelong learning opportunities for current and emerging leaders. The symposium focused on the theme of “Nurses as Advocates” and aimed to empower nurses to play a pivotal role in healthcare issues.
