The annual Wong Forum lecture, which took place on May 31st, 2022 at 3:30 p.m., featured a keynote address sponsored by Dr. Henry and Mrs. Sylvia Wong.
Lotte Dyrbye, Senior Dean of Faculty Development & Chief Well-Being Officer at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, served as the Invited Speaker for the 2022 Wong Forum.
These were the learning objectives:
- To sunmmarize current research on physician wellness and burnout and its impact on faculty health and well-being.
- To translate research findings into institutional wellness approaches to address burnout at a systemic level.
